Need Help

Because I absolutely suck at Electronics my laptop has posted it’s last comment and has gone to the great Computer graveyard in the sky to hang out with the DOS computers and Macs.

 

So like any idea WTF i should get for a computer?  I don’t need it for gaming .

 

Just Med school , and comments on websites n stuffs
