A rival wrestling network

Just a thought ,, but do you think a rival to the wwe network could be constructed ,, with say for instance ROH , TNA , LUCHA  Underground , new Japan , AAA , and maybe a UK promotion and even ROCKY mountain PRO all their shows and PPVs on one network for $9.99 a month ? ,,, if you had access to all those promotions and their back catalogs of PPVs surely worldwide it could rival the wwe network
